This is a customized (stripped with vLite) version of the Windows 7 Release Candidate (32-bit build 700) intended for use with Dell's Mini 9.  The goal was to decrease the installation footprint on the smaller SSDs by stripping unnecessary and unused components of Windows 7 that take up large amounts of precious space.

This is not in ISO form, but rather ready to be dumped on a flash drive prepared via the guide linked to above.  While this is intended for the Dell Mini 9 I don't see why this wouldn't work for anyone else's netbook.  I removed as many features as I felt were unnecessary for a mobile netbook, but for a full listing of what was removed please check out my guide.
